In the seventh post in our O365 series, we’re taking a closer look at tips and tricks for using O365 Mail.

Access your O365 Mail easily

O365 Mail can be accessed through the Outlook Web App (the "Email" link in your myUNB portal), through the Outlook client installed on your computer, or through the Outlook mobile apps for smartphones and tablets.

Explore new ways to work with groups

  • Have a group of people you email regularly from your Outlook client on your computer? Contact groups can be created in both Outlook for PC and Outlook for Mac.
  • Contact lists can also be created directly in the Outlook Web App, making them available to you on any computer when you log into the web app.
  • If your group needs to be able to communicate, share, and collaborate among themselves, it's time to consider an O365 Group. Check out our previous post about O365 Groups for more information.
