New: Track your requests with the UNB IT Service Desk

UNB Faculty, staff and students can now track the progress on your IT Service Desk requests through the ‘Request Tracking’ link in your myUNB Portal (my.unb.ca).

Use request tracking to:

  • see the latest updates on your request
  • add or review details
  • add or download a file attachment
  • add a new email contact

To access request tracking:

  • Click the ‘Request Tracking’ link in your myUNB Portal launch menu.
  • You’ll need to create an account the first time you log in. Simply click the ‘create a new account’ link on the log in screen and enter your UNB login ID and password.
  • From off-campus: you must be connected to UNB’s Virtual Private Network (VPN).
