reverseEver click ‘send’ on an email to a large group of people only to realize a few seconds later that you forgot to include the attachment? Recall your message with connectEd!

Whether you forgot an attachment, are missing information, or made a spelling or grammar error, if you are using Outlook 2007 or 2010 in the new connectEd environment for faculty and staff you can recall your message, make your changes and resend. The recipient(s) must also be in an Exchange environment like connectEd for message recall to work.

Unfortunately the message recall feature is not available in Outlook 2011 for Mac or the Outlook Web App.

For instructions on how to recall an email message within Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010, please visit the connectEd How-To Instructions for email section of the connectEd website.
