ITS Staff Favourites – Strange Food Combinations
Hungry, anyone?
tidBiTS recently asked three ITS staff members to share one of their favourite food combinations they enjoy that others might find a bit peculiar. Here’s what they had to say:
Jennifer Randall (User Analyst) – Saltine Crackers, peanut butter (preferably crunchy) and a piece of cheese stacked together like a sandwich.
Sean McDougall (Senior Enterprise Application Architect) – Musseldogs – A hotdog topped with freshly cooked mussels, topped with ketchup and mustard if desired.
Megan Stewart (Project Manager / Business Analyst) – homemade beet juice – beets, celery stocks with leaves, left over broccoli stems, parsley and an apple to sweeten. Juice and enjoy!

I am offended by that image
…I had fried squid and fried octopus last weekend…and it was very tasty!
(Made by myself of course, as restaurants around here do not know how to cook it right.)
