Some Heavy Lifting

Only big guys can lift heavy things, right? Tracy says not! At 5'3" and 125 lbs, she recently set two new personal weight lifting records. Just yesterday, Tracy deadlifted 270 lbs and back in November she pulled off a 200 lb back squat. Compare this to when she started training at CrossFit Fredericton about two years ago and was barely able to deadlift 165 lbs and squat 95 lbs, even after 15...

Check out the ITS fridge door for an “opportunity” to attend a fund raiser concert. The money raised will assist FHS production students as they travel to Scotland this summer to present “The Mikado”. FHS has had a long history of presenting a musical production and are one of a few high schools in Canada selected to attend this world festival in 2010.
