We are all delighted that classes will resume at UNB Monday, Feb. 3, 2014 as a result of an agreement yesterday between the university and the AUNBT. Tentative agreement reached on key issues related to wages

The AUNBT and UNB are pleased to announce an agreement to recommend suspension of the strike/lockout.  This comes as a result of reaching a tentative agreement on the key issues related to wages. The parties agree to jointly announce further details within the next 24 hours.

Rina Arseneault, associate director at the University of New Brunswick’s Murial McQueen Fergusson Centre for Family Violence Research (MMFC) has been named to the Order of Canada.
