President of world medical body receives honorary degree today - Telegraph-Journal

SAINT JOHN - The University of New Brunswick, Saint John campus, will grant an honorary degree to Dr. Dana Hanson during its 28th fall graduation ceremonies today at the Imperial Theatre.
The ceremonies start at 4:30 p.m.
Hanson is president of the World Medical Association, the first Canadian in more than four decades to fill this position.
He will be recognized with an honorary doctor of science degree and will address graduates at the ceremony.
