Engineers Without Borders (EWB) at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton will be hosting a panel discussion entitled The Canadian Government’s Role in International Development.

The panel discussion will take place Tuesday, March 16, at 7 p.m. in the President’s Room, of the Alumni Memorial Building, at UNB Fredericton. A reception will take place before the panel discussion at 6 p.m.

The panelists will be Glen Pearson, MP and CIDA Critic; and Carolyn Bassett, UNB political science professor. Mr. Pearson is touring EWB chapters to raise awareness about Canada’s role in international development, but also to inspire EWB chapters and campus communities to engage in international development advocacy.

This event is free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted for leadership development in Malawi.
