New Staff Change Form on-line
Human Resources is launching a new staff change form which
is now in a form fill-able PDF format. The form can be completed
on-line and then must be printed to obtain approval signatures and submission
to our office.
The form and completion instructions can be found on the HR
Web site at the following link: http://www.unb.ca/hr/forms/formsforinternaluse.html
Please discard any of the old 3 part forms and utilize the
new format immediately. You will no longer be required to
complete the TimeOnLine Supervisor/Evaluator form as all the required
information is located at the bottom of the new staff change form. We
would ask that you share this form and information with others in your
Department to ensure everyone receives the new form format.
We have also posted on the HR web site instructions on how
to save some blank PDF forms so that you will be able to receive future
updates. It is very important that everyone utilize those instructions so
that all changes will be immediate.
We will be providing a short training session on the
completion of this new form for those who wish to attend. The training
will be held on November 22, 2011
at 9am and again at 1:30pm in the Senior Common Room, McConnell Hall. PLEASE RSVP to this email with your
choice of session.
